For Your Visit

For your visit expect a 30-45 minute consultation that will include ultrasonography and examination by the doctor to determined what type of treatment you will need.  You may bring shorts or wear a dress for your comfort during the leg exam.  Or we can provide you will a gown.  After the doctor determines the treatment we will discuss the procedure in detail with you, schedule your day and time, provide you with any prescriptions that may be required and discuss Insurance and payment arangements. 

You may complete the forms provided to you on this website prior to your appointment and bring them with you.
